Refund policy

At Enchanted Pages, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that inspire creativity and joy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for physical items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Final Sale: All Oopsie Mystery Items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items are sold at a discounted price due to minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

2. Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or full refund.
  • Return Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged product, please contact us at enchanted.pages.cs@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

4. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at enchanted.pages.cs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
